Our History
Our family business was founded in 1974 By Robert (Bob) J. Copeland and Robert (Bob) J. Gornowicz. In 1978, they incorporated to form the Copeland & Gornowicz Insurance Agency Inc. On October 1, 2002 Mark Copeland joined the Agency and after Bob Gornowicz passed away in 2003, Mark purchased half of the Agency to partner with his father. In 2008 the name was changed to Copeland Insurance Agency Inc. After Mark’s father passed away in 2012, Mark Acquired the other half of the Agency and added his wife Sue as a CSR. As of June 2015, Sue has become a fully licensed Insurance Agent, adding to the familial legacy of our Insurance agency.
